Description
Galvanize
Hot-dip galvanized plate, also known as galvanized plate or hot galvanized, is to make the molten metal react with the iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating of the two combined. Hot galvanizing is the first steel parts for acid washing, in order to remove iron oxide on the surface of steel parts, after acid washing, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride water solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed water solution tank for cleaning, and then into the hot galvanizing tank. Hot galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Simply put, the clean iron parts are soaked in a zinc bath by the wetting effect of the coating aid, so that the reaction between steel and molten zinc produces an alloyed film. Good hot-dip galvanizing operation, should be all processes under strict control, fully play the function of the process.

And if the operation of the previous process is not good, will cause the chain reaction of the subsequent process, and a large number of increase in operating costs or cause adverse hot-dip galvanized products. If the pretreatment is not good, the melt zinc can not fully react with steel normally, forming the most perfect galvanized film tissue. Hot-dip galvanized plates have several advantages, and the entire steel surface of the coated hot galvanized plate is protected, making it easy to cover zinc evenly, whether inside the concave pipe or in corners where any other coating is difficult to access. The hardness value of the galvanized layer is greater than that of steel.

The uppermost Eta layer has only 70 DPN hardness, so it is susceptible to collision and recession, but the lower Zeta layer and delta layer have 179 and 211 DPN hardness values respectively, which are higher than the 159 DPN hardness values of iron, so their impact resistance and wear resistance are quite good. Zinc is consumed very slowly in the atmosphere, at a rate of about 1/17 to 1/18 of the corrosion rate of steel, and is predictable, with a lifespan far greater than that of other paint-coated sheets. The life of the coating depends mainly on the thickness of the coating in a particular environment. And the thickness of the coating is determined by the thickness of steel, that is, the thicker the steel easy to get thicker coating, so the same steel structure in the thick part of the steel must also get a thicker coating to ensure a longer life.According to the surface of the different flower galvanized and galvanized by flower.

There are also different options for coating: Z40, Z60, Z80, Z90, Z100, Z120, Z180, Z200, Z275 and other current markets appear more grades for DX51D-Z, DX53D-Z DX54D-Z, DX56D-Z, DC51D, DC52D, DC53D, S280GD-Z, SGH340, SGH440, SGC440, SGCC, SGCD, etc.

Hot galvanized plate is widely used in automotive, construction, home appliances, chemical, machinery, petroleum, metallurgy, light industry, transportation, electricity, aviation and marine engineering and other fields. Home appliances can be subdivided into rice cooker accessories, motor housing, refrigerator back plate, power distribution cabinets and so on. The company's main co-production areas are: Baosteel, Ansteel, Masteel, Bensteel, Wusteel, Yansteel, Baosteel, Tangsteel, Yansteel,Jisteel, Pansteel, Liusteel and so on.
