Cold Rolled Coils
Cold-rolled thin steel coil is a shorthand for ordinary carbon structure steel cold-rolled roil, commonly known as cold rolled.
It is made of ordinary carbon structure steel hot-rolled steel strip, after further cold rolling into a thickness of less than 4mm steel plate. Because rolled at room temperature, does not produce iron oxide, therefore, cold plate surface quality, high dimensional accuracy,coupled with annealing treatment, its mechanical and process performance are better than hot-rolled thin steel plate, in many fields, especially in the field of home appliance manufacturing, has gradually replaced hot-rolled thin steel plate.
Thickness of 0.2-4mm, width of 600-2,000mm, production grade:
national standard Q195A-Q235A, Q195AF-Q235AF, Q2 95A(B)-Q345 A(B), JD1, JD3;
The German grades are ST12, ST13, ST14, ST15, ST16;
The European grades are DC01, DC03, DC04, DC05, DC06,
and the United States has A366, A619, A620.
Automotive board related grades are: 180H1, 180H2, HC260B, 180P1, 210P1, HC300P, SPFC390, JSC440W, S215G, ST37-2 G, HC260LA, HC500LA, HC250/450DP, HC420/780DP, HC180Y, HC380/590TR, HC450/980TR, etc.
Other use areas are HS1, HS2, HS3, LT1, LT2, TC1, TC2, HG1, HG2, HG3, HC4, HG5, DG1, DG2, etc.
According to the production requirements can be divided into: ordinary class, stamping level, deep stroke level, special depth punch level, ultra-deep punch level. Cold-rolled strip is widely used, such as hardware parts, home appliances parts, motor housing, oven accessories, pull pipes, lighting accessories, fan accessories. The company's main co-production areas are: Pohang, Baosteel, Ansteel, Masteel, Bensteel, Wusteel, Yansteel, Baosteel, Tangsteel, Yansteel,Jisteel, Pansteel, Liusteel and so on.
